Who can invest
Opportunities to invest in Sheba Ventures funds and co-investments are made available only to persons in the UK who are certified high net worth individuals, certified or self-certified sophisticated investors, or professional investors, as defined in the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005.
